| This is a unique plan because it combines a shed roof storage shed with a shed roof playhouse. The playhouse features instructions for building a 4×4 two storage play area. The bottom story has wood slats on one side and circle cut outs on the other. It has an easy to build wood ramp that has wooden slats that aid in walking on a slope. It is setup so you can buy your own slide and install it easily. It also features a double swing set. Everything is easy to build and step by step instructions are included. The Shed is very simple to build as well. It features a single, wide door, plenty of storage space within for garden, storage, or yard supplies. It’s built on Skids and can is designed for T1-11 siding but others can be easily substituted. | |

This is the list of all the materials you will need to build your project. It is delivered as an excel file along with your PDF plan. We do this so you can update each material with your own price. It is very easy to figure out exact costs for your project.
